School-Work Project AR Lab 2016/17 : ”40 Years of Arredaesse”

The project requested by the students of the Modigliani High School, for the Interior area, is to study, propose new Design products (sofas, armchairs, chairs, containers, etc), a conception of the future for Arredaesse Produzioni, which reflect the philosophy of the company and the brand in these 40 years, which does not deny the past, but which in continuity defines a new design vision, a I keep up with the times, with current and future needs but that gives continuity with the products of the past.

Project of a temporary space of about 300 m² in the basement of the Arredaesse headquarters in Carugo, interactive, in which it is possible to share, imagine, experiment and get excited, that welcome and coexist with the products of the design and visual arts students. Non-permanent structures, (use of recycled materials where possible), in step with the times.

As far as the graphics address is concerned, the children must deal with the development of the new logo of the laboratory that will become the permanent logo of the gallery. They also have to design everything it concerns the communication of the event, from the paper and digital invitation, to the development of a book of the event itself, of the entire path of this laboratory, from the early stages to the exhibition.

Some pictorial and sculptural artifacts already created during the academic year by the young students, to be placed inside the exhibition gallery created.
